Trays Available for Pick Up

Please Allow 48 Hours Notice.

*Items can be available that day with 4 hour notice.

Half Pan Feeds 10-12 / Full Pan Feeds 20-24.

All Roasted/Smoked meats contain 7.5 pounds uncooked weight per half pan and 15 pounds per full pan.

Herb Roasted Filet Mignon contain 5 pounds uncooked weight per half pan and 10 pounds per full pan.

Any Entree Chicken options include 15 pieces per half pan and 30 pieces per full pan.

Catering Packages

In addition to our pick up catering, Craft Kitchen will cater any event to your specific culinary needs. From menu to rentals, service and clean up, Chef Mike Truss and crew will have you covered. Call to inquire further to talk with Chef Truss to see how Craft Kitchen can suit your event.

Fundraiser Packages

Pick-up Service Only

Local organizations looking to provide a basic meal to raise money for a non-profit cause are eligible for this package.

Starting at $5 per person, this includes bread & butter, house salad, pasta & meatballs. The more people you have, the less it costs! Minimums start at 100 people for $5 per person. Every additional 100 persons will drop the price $.50 per person.

Corporate Catered Package

Pick-up or Delivery Service

This package offers a luncheon style meal based on a minimum of 20 people. Package starts at $12.50 per person. We include choices of paninis, sandwiches or wraps and choices of salads, sides & desserts to suit everyone in the office.

Craft Kitchen specialized in utilizing scratch-made & locally sourced foods & continues that throughout our entire catering menu. Our seasonal hors d’oeuvre package showcases our passion & professionalism right to your location with one Chef & however many servers are needed for your event. Brunch

Offered exclusively in the Southington Bell Room.

An incredible brunch package that can be brought right to your location. From Chef attended omelet stations, to Belgium waffles, carved Prime Rib, pasta stations & seasonal stuffed French Toast with everything in between.

Raw Bars

Offered exclusively in the Southington Bell Room or offsite.

Local oysters, clams, crab legs, lobster all hand shucked in front of you & your guests. Comes complete with all the sauces, condiments, lemons, horseradish & hot sauce you could need.

Packages start at $30 per person & can be modified in any way necessary. We supply everything, so you don’t have to!

Lobster Bakes

Offered exclusively in the Southington Bell Room or offsite.

There’s no better way to celebrate the summer than with an incredible Lobster bake. Craft Kitchen’s crew comes to you with everything needed, right down to the lobster bibs. The chefs prepare the lobsters in cheesecloth bags. The package includes mussels, steamers, chorizo sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes & hard-boiled eggs. Let your guests have the memories of a traditional New England lobster bake right in your backyard!
